Highly qualified lawyers
- Lawyers join our office for a monthly subscription fee and have priority in obtaining cases and require fees for the consultations they provide through this program and with additional permission and nominations from the management.
- New lawyers complete their experience in our office by acting as intermediaries with old lawyers to give them the opportunity to learn and get paid for it.
- Each lawyer belonging to the working team will have his own usage space that he accesses through his own username and password, and his validity is renewable after the approval of the administration.
- Old lawyers with experience in important details are contracted. The lawyer must pay a percentage of no less than 10% of the value of the cash fee for the moment to manage the site and not to contract with him and the terms agreed upon to protect the rights of all parties. After concluding these contracts with the consent and approval of the contracting parties, the office’s mission ends unless it is delegated to other cases.
- The lawyer who brings the largest number of cases will have a free subscription for a month or more, depending on the amounts of these cases.
- No lawyer is allowed to join unless he has a valid Bar Association ID issued by the Iraqi Bar Association.
